Charge/Mission:
- Engage, retain or terminate the independent auditor;
- Negotiate compensation of the independent auditor, on behalf of the Board of Directors of the designated CSUN Auxiliaries;
- Confer with the independent auditor regarding the financial affairs of each auxiliary;
- Determine whether to accept the report of the independent auditor;
- Approve the performance of any non-audit service for a designated auxiliary by its independent auditor.

Description of Membership:
One(1) representative from each of the three(3) designated auxiliaries.
