WHAT IS THE FLEX VOLUME PLAN?
The FVP is an easy way to get a new, high-quality copier without having to purchase. The FVP offers an easier and more cost-effective solution to office copying. The program includes:
- a free assessment of copy needs
- a new digital Sharp copier
- a choice of options, such as network printing and scanning
- free training
- an all-inclisive cost per copy - covering the copier, maintenance and supplies - that is fixed for the term of the plan you select (paper costs are excluded)
- You pay for only the copies you make - no volume minimum or maximum
- You don't need to take meter reads - these are done electronically each month
- a monthly billing from QuickCopies/Reprographics for copies made
