Before
you do ANYTHING...reboot your computer. If you have an OCEAN computer,
make sure that you turn OFF the black button in the back of the CPU, underneath
the power cord. |

If
you are receiving an ERROR MESSAGE of any kind...WRITE IT DOWN! This will
enable Systems & Technology to better troubleshoot your problem. |

If
it is not possible to send an email to Systems & Technology from your
computer, use someone else's computer to send your email. Do not telephone
unless it is unavoidable. We will assign your Trouble Call to the next
available member of Systems & Technology for immediate action, with
an allowance for priority. |

your service request has been assigned and you would like to know it's
status, click

If
we are not able to immediately fix your computer, Systems & Technology
will asign you a temporary computer (a loaner) until you own computer
is fixed or replaced. |
