LIST MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

| Mercury supports
autonomous list management using its built-in mail
server (usually called MAISER). Users can perform most list-related
actions by sending
a message to: |

| with commands entered
into the message body, one per line. The following commands
are recognized for list management.

| ADD list-name address | Add a user to a list | |||
| REMOVE list-name address | Remove a user from a list | |||
| REVIEW

Return the list membership |

| Moderators can
add users to it by mailing to MAISER with the message body set to: |

list-name e-mail-address |

| and may remove
users by setting the message body to: |

| REMOVE
list-name e-mail-address |

| The command:

| REVIEW
list-name |
||||
will return the current list membership. You may have multiple commands in one email. Use a blank line to signal maiser the end of a command stream. NOTE: ALL EMAILS TO MAISER MUST BE IN PLAIN TEXT EMAIL. IN OUTLOOK WHILE COMPOSING A MESSAGE, CLICK MENU FORMAT > PLAIN TEXT > OK. |
