Students can check their account by logging into the Portal at http://www.csun.edu/portal/. Navigate to: Services for Students > Charges and Payments > Student Account Information.
ARROW POINTING RIGHT HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH I OWE AND WHEN IT IS DUE?
When you enroll in classes, your registration fees and due dates are calculated and posted to your student account.
To check your account, login to http://www-csun.edu/portal/ and navigate to: Services for Students > Charges and Payments > Student Account Information.

The University Cash Services Office accepts many different forms on payment in person AND online.

ARROW POINTING RIGHT HOW DO I KNOW IF I QUALIFY FOR FINANCIAL AID?
All financial aid questions are handled by the Financial Aid and Scholarships Office; by email at financial.aid@csun.edu or scholarships@csun.edu.

ARROW POINTING RIGHT WHY WAS I DISENROLLED?
Registration related fee DUE DATES are calculated at the time of registration. At that time, you chose the "agree" button to indicate that you had read the information regarding your "Financial Obligation", which is what you owe and when it is due. You did not pay your fees by the Due Date and Time, so you were disenrolled (removed) from your classes.

ARROW POINTING RIGHT WHAT IS THE FORM 1098-T FOR?
At the end of each tax year, CSU Northridge generates a Form 1098-T for each student who was enrolled in graded courses during that respective tax year AND whose total tuition and qualified expenses exceeded Scholarships, Grants and Sponsorships.
Tuition for the year is calculated by the calendar date (not the term) the CHARGE is posted to the student account, NOT the date paid.
To view your Form 1098-T, login to the Portal and navigate to: Services for Students > Charges and Payments > 1098TPrint Options. You may print out the form as often as needed.
