Financial Account Holds

To View your Student Account Information Login to the Portal and choose:
My Path to Graduation > Student Center (SOLAR) > Finances > Account Information.
Registration related fees are due at the time of registration. Students are responsible to pay their account with the University in a timely manner.

ARROW POINTING RIGHT Accounts that are overdue will have one of the following:

  • CREDIT HOLD (FCH)
  • PENDING COLLECTION HOLD (FPC)
  • COLLECTION AGENCY HOLD (FCA)
  • FRANCHISE TAX BOARD HOLD (FTB)

ARROW POINTING RIGHT Students who do not pay their tuition fees by the established Due Date will be disenrolled, and will have this hold on their account:

  • DISENROLLED FOR NON PAYMENT (DIS / PAY)

Students who are pending disenrollment will have this hold on their account:

  • DISENROLLMENT PENDING (DIS / PEND)

ARROW POINTING RIGHT Students who are disenrolled two or more times due to nonpayment by the established Due Date will have this hold on their account:

  • NO ENROLLMENT ACTIVITY - MULTIPLE DISENROLLMENT (EAS / MDE)

You will need to pay registration fees IN PERSON at University Cash Services, PRIOR to registering for classes.

ARROW POINTING RIGHT Students who are required to pay tuition and fees Before registering for classes will have this hold on their account:

  • DEMAND PAYMENT (DP)

You will need to pre-pay registration fees In Person at University Cash Services or pay online before registering for classes.
