(There will be no additional charge if a Request for Livescan Service Form has a billing number.) - ADDITIONAL FEES:
(Additional fees may be required depending on the Level of Service your employer/agency is requesting.
For Example: Applicants whose level of service is DOJ, total fees include $32.00 + $22.00 = $54.00.
Applicants whose level of service is DOJ and FBI, total fees include $32.00 + $19.00 + $22.00 = $73.00. - California Department of Justice (DOJ): $32.00

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
- I have been fingerprinted before with a different Agency/Employer. My prints are in the System. May I use those results?
NO. The Department of Justice requires that each applicant be re-fingerprinted with every new application for employment. For your privacy and protection, personal background information cannot be shared between agencies. - Do you do Fingerprinting / Ink Cards?
NO. Our system is set up for electronic fingerprinting. - May I get a copy of my fingerprints?
NO. We do not have the ability to print copies of the fingerprints; therefore no hardcopy can be supplied. - May I get Livescan Fingerprinting done at a different agency?
YES. You may go to any Livescan agency that can transmit to the Department of Justice, electronically.

WHERE MAY I PARK?
You may park in the California State University, Northridge Police Department visitor parking area.
Parking is available in stalls marked "LIVE SCAN" with a valid permit obtained from the lobby receptionist. Additional parking is available in metered stalls or on Darby Avenue.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE HAD MY FINGERPRINTS DONE WITH ANOTHER AGENCY AND RECEIVED A REJECTION NOTICE FROM THEM?
We will re-do your Livescan for you.
Bring the Rejection Notice and the NEW Livescan Service Form filled out.
There will be a ROLLING FEE of $22.00 for this service.
