POSTAL AND DELIVERY SERVICES

The Postal and Delivery Services is open from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. each working day. The telephone extension is 2323. To reach the manager or supervisor, call ext. 4871 or 7818.

Postal Services:

We offer sealing, metering, a computer generated mail processing, and bulk mailing service.

Note: Departmental mail should be separated into the following categories:

DOMESTIC INTER-CAMPUS INTERNATIONAL

Morning Pickup & Delivery:

Mail pick up from Northridge Post Office 7:30 a.m

U.S. Mail and inter-Campus mail sorted 8:00 - 9:30 a.m

Campus Mail Delivery/pick up 9:30 - 11:30 a.m

Afternoon Parcel Delivery:

Afternoon Parcel Delivery	1:30 - 4:00 p.m
Outgoing Mail Delivered to Post Office Each Day	4:00 p.m.

Other Couriers

International Mail 3:30 p.m cutoff

Certified, Registered & Express Mail 3:30 p.m cutoff

Note: In order to meet the deadlines set by the U.S. Postal Services, first class mail must be delivered to the mail Services by 3:30 p.m. If you miss the cutoff time, your material will be sent out the next business day.
