The Grounds and Landscape Services Section has responsibility for the outside environment at CSUN. You will see Grounds workers all over campus, keeping the grounds at CSUN orderly and attractive, which enhances the campus and the community. This involves maintaining lawns and athletic fields, trees and shrubs, cleaning sidewalks, parking lots and parking structures. PPM Grounds has established programs and schedules for mowing, watering, fertilizing and pest control.

Pest Control:
Please report any pest control problems to the Work Control Center (ext.2222) IMMEDIATELY. PPM Grounds and Landscape Services provides regular pest control services for all campus grounds. If you have questions or concerns about pest control, please call the Work Control Center and they will have a PPM staff member contact you.

To help prevent pest problems in offices please avoid eating or storing food in offices. In addition, keep food sealed in containers or in a refrigerator.

Indoor Plants:
PPM does not have any service for indoor plants including watering. Departments may request occasional services, such as re-potting, by submitting an online Service Chargeback Requisition.
