Synopsis: During an investigation of a
male soliciting to female students, a CSUN police officer arrested 24-year-old Shaun
Chandra Dhruv for obtaining credit using other’s ID, business tax certificate
posting, obstructing a police officer and attempting to prevent or dissuade a
witness from testifying. The suspect,
not a CSUN student, was booked at LAPD Devonshire.
Disposition: Cleared by Arrest
