she left the area. The wallet was later
found and returned to the victim without the money.

18-year-old Fred Lewis Dailey, III for a burglary from a motor vehicle, obstructing
a police officer, possession of ecstacy and possession of marijuana during an
investigation of a possible burglary in progress. The suspect, not a CSUN
student, was booked at LAPD Devonshire.
