Synopsis: A
CSUN police officer arrested 34-year-old Myra M. Vargas for displaying altered
vehicle registration, driving with a suspended driver license and two outstanding
misdemeanor warrants during a traffic stop. The suspect, not a CSUN student, was booked at
LAPD Van Nuys.
Disposition: Cleared by
