housing apartment.

Synopsis: A CSUN police officer cited and
released 31-year-old Michael Jan Jaravata for stealing two industrial-sized
rolls of toilet paper. The suspect, not
a CSUN student, was issued a seven-day stay-away admonition.

Court
Synopsis: An unknown male Hispanic, mid
to late 20s, shaved head, brown or green eyes, 5’6, 160 pounds, wearing a beige
shirt, green shorts and white shoes knocked the basketball and soft drink from
a juvenile victim’s hands to provoke a fight.
The suspect called the victim racial epithets and with a group of
Hispanic males chased the victim from the area.
CSUN police officers canvassed the area for the suspects with negative
results. A “Hate Crime” investigation is
in progress by the CSUN police.
Disposition: Investigation Continued
