The CSUN Professional Development Program for Administrators
The Professional Development Program for Administrators is designed to facilitate the professional growth of administrators in the CSUN context through exposure to formal learning opportunities and extensive interaction with colleagues from across the University.
The elements of this program are:
- Dialogue with the President (for MPPs)
- Updates and Interactions with the Vice Presidents (for MPPs)
- Leadership Seminars (for MPPs)
- Leadership Forum on Women’s Issues (open to all managers)
- Managing Effectively at California State University, Northridge (open to all managers)
- The Leadership Development Series (Since participation in this cohort group is by nomination, it is not discussed in this brochure.)
