Advertising - Management Positions
Departments often advertise open positions in journals or trade publications specific to their fields. Human Resources covers the costs of advertising management positions up to these maximums:
Dean/Administrator IV - $5,000
Associate Dean/Administrator II - $3,500
Administrator II - $2,500
Administrator I - $2,000
The hiring department may, at its discretion, supplement the cost of advertising above these parameters.
