Program Guidelines

CANCELLATION POLICY & SUBSTITUTIONS:

If your plans change and you must cancel or reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled class begins. Please email Professional Development Programs at profdev@csun.edu. If you are unable to cancel within the specified time period, feel free to send a substitute in your place. Substitutes must have management's verbal approval to attend an offered class.

RULES & REGULATIONS:

Training offered by Professional Development Programs is a benefit for university staff. By attending classes, attendees have an opportunity to enhance their skill levels to improve job performance and reduce skill gaps. There is no charge to employees to attend these courses but employees must receive verbal authorization from their management prior to enrolling.

SPECIAL ACCOMODATIONS:

Persons with disabilities who require special accommodations to attend programs can notify our office by calling 818-677-3820. This must be done at least one week prior to the event so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
