Fees

If you are enrolling as a new fee waiver participant, the university application fee of $55 will be waived. (Does not apply to Master Degree Program application fees.)

  • Lab fees are not waived.
  • Fees must be paid by the deadlines set by Admissions & Records and Cash Services. Your enrollment with the University may be cancelled if fees are not paid by the deadline.

Note: A graduate is defined as any student having already earned a bachelors degree. Note: Fees are subject to change by the Trustees of the California State University. Nonresident and International students must pay the resident fees plus $339.00 per unit. All basic registration fees are mandatory.

Note: Fees waived for a spouse or dependent child that is taking graduate-level coursework (500 and 600 level) will be reported to the Controller's Office as taxable income. However all coursework taken by a Domestic Partner through the fee waiver program will be reported to the Controller's Office as taxable income. Deductions will appear on the December paycheck (November pay period) for the fall enrollment and on the May paycheck (April pay period) for the spring enrollment.
