As such we are required to certify within 3 business days of hire that you have provided certain documents that will demonstrate that you are eligible to accept the employment offer made to you. The following typical documents are acceptable for the purposes of the federal employment verification procedures. These lists are not intended to be exhaustive.

Unexpired Foreign Passport with an unexpired Arrival-Departure Record, Form I-94, bearing the same names as the passport and containing an endorsement of the alien's nonimmigrant status, if that status authorizes the alien to work for the employer

Driver's License or ID Card issued by a State.

ID Card issued by Federal, State, or Local government agencies.

US Military Card or draft record
