Recognition and Awards
The university has created programs to recognize the outstanding contributions of staff and administrators. Awards include the Presidential Award, the Award of Merit, and the Team Excellence Award. The winners of these awards will be recognized at the annual Staff Service and Excellence Recognition event.
A team of staff and administrators will evaluate all nominations and select the winners. You are encouraged to nominate a person or team in your area with a distinguished record of exemplary performance in support of the university mission and our students. Nomination Process:
Review the eligibility and criteria of the award with the nominee in mind. Complete the appropriate nomination form listed above and forward it to Professional Development Programs, Office of Human Resources, Mail Code 8229, or submit to University Hall, Room 165 by May 15, 2008. Award Ceremony:
Recipients will be honored at the annual Staff Service and Excellence Recognition event, celebrated in their departments, and recognized in the @CSUN newsletter and on the Human Resources website.
