SALARY/TIMEBASE: $2288-3433 mo./full-time
GENERAL INFORMATION: Hours: 40 hrs/wk; 7:00am-3:30pm
Duties:
Under immediate supervision, the custodial work in the building including but not limited to: cleaning the common areas of the building, apartment cleaning, kitchen includes the stove, refrigerators, cupboards, sink, floors, vents.  Patio includes the glass and screen doors and all blinds bedrooms includes all furniture be cleaned and dusted or shampooed.  Complete cleaning of the bathroom.  Prepare and clean Guest Housing units this includes bed making, laundering the linens complete cleaning. 
Qualifications: Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities:
Ability and specialized skills to: establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with others; read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of the position; follow simple oral and written directions; use and care for janitorial supplies and equipment; and observe and use safe working conditions.  Other specialized skills directly related to the duties of the position may be considered.  A valid California driver’s license desirable.
