| Duties: | |
| Under general supervision, is responsible for the cleanliness of all food service dishware, glassware, pots and pans, and any other equipment and utensils used in the preparation, disbursement, and consumption of food and beverages. Washes dishes and replaces them in their proper places for future use, and restocks service area with needed dishes and utensils. Maintains a clean and sanitary work area; sweeps and mops the kitchen and prep areas; takes out the garbage; and vacuums the dining area as needed. May perform other duties as assigned. | |
| Qualifications: | |
| Experience in the operation of a dishwasher preferred, but will train. | |
| Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities: | |
| Ability and specialized skills to: take oral and written directions; read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at a level sufficient to perform the duties assigned; work well with others; maintain a clean and neat personal appearance; lift 50 pounds; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. | |
