| Duties: | |
| Under general supervision, performs general to difficult cleaning functions including cleaning vents and light fixtures. Determines cleaning schedule based on operational needs; cleans restrooms; washes walls; shampoos carpets and buffs floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and cleaning agents according to sanitary and safety procedures; empties trash and ensures proper disposal of empty cartons; and performs other duties as assigned. | |
| Qualifications: | |
| Six months of full-time related experience. | |
| Knowledge, Specialized Skills, and Abilities: | |
| Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment used in cleaning. Ability and specialized skills to: read, write, understand directions, and perform simple arithmetic calculations at a level appropriate to the duties assigned; provide services in a courteous and pleasant manner; learn and apply departmental/store policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. | |
